Management of European Regional Development Funds - ERDF

We led the project to manage funds allocated by the European Regional Development Fund to the Instituto de La Mujer. The project comprised designing and planning the end-to-end management and control processes for the authorization of each financial request received internally from different departments within the Instituto de la Mujer ensuing data integrity.
