Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through this website, which is intended exclusively for business users (B2B).

This website is not directed at individuals under the age of 16.

Data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Contact form data

• Name
• Role / position
• Company
• Email address
• Country
• The services you are interested in
• Message content
• The language you used on the website
• The date and time you accepted this policy, and its version

Technical data

• IP address
• Browser type
• Pages visited, with the date and time of each visit (server access logs)
• For each attempt to sign in to the staff area: the email address entered, the IP address, the date and time, and whether it succeeded

We do not use analytics or tracking tools on this website.

Purpose of processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form
• To evaluate potential commercial relationships
• To keep the website working and to protect it and the contact form from abuse

We do not use your data for profiling, or for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Messages sent through the contact form are checked automatically for signs of spam; a message flagged this way is set aside for a person to review.

Legal basis

Processing is based on:

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – Pre-contractual measures when you contact us regarding services
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – Legitimate interest in keeping our website and services secure

Data retention

Contact form data is stored in our database until:

• A commercial relationship is defined, or
• It is determined that no commercial relationship will proceed

If no relationship is established, data will be deleted within a reasonable administrative period.

The IP address stored with a contact request is deleted after 90 days.

A contact request set aside as possible spam is deleted after 30 days, unless a person reviews it and restores it.

The technical data stored with your browsing session is deleted when the session expires, approximately 60 minutes after your last visit.

Server access logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted.

The record of an attempt to sign in to the staff area is deleted after 90 days.

Data recipients

Your data may be processed by:

• Hosting provider located in Spain (EU), which also provides our email service

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR are applied.
