Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification
Sustainable Forest Management and Chain of Custody digitalization software.
A solution to provide wood traceability as part of the forest certification scheme. We designed and developed a solution that links together information along the supply chain and certification of wood-based products which facilitates the tasks of all of the actors within the chain. The solution also consisted in migrating all legacy systems and data to a cloud-based solution.

Tourme is a start-up with a business line that provides private tourism services via a platform designed, developed and hosted by us. The platform is the front end for the management of tourism activities for both tourists and corporates designed with a focus on user experience (UX) as well the back office for the company to manage its e-commerce.

Corporate directory
The Corporate Framework we developed with Oracle brings together the needs of companies and their employees through a web-based platform that comprises different modules such as the reservation of shared corporate assets e.g. meeting rooms, vehicles, the management of corporate travel, internal communications, IT services and purchases, expenses and incident management.

Personalization and management of boxes
An online prototype to manage the boxes according to client's requests on match-by-match basis, linking the retail store, catering or personalized box configuration in a secure way.
Instituto de las Mujeres
Management of European Regional Development Funds (ERDF)
We led the project to manage funds allocated by the European Regional Development Fund to the Instituto de La Mujer. The project comprised designing and planning the end-to-end management and control processes for the authorization of each financial request received internally from different departments within the Instituto de la Mujer ensuing data integrity.

E-commerce, product management, production schedule, internal order management and ERP integration
Following the success of the digital transformation of Delina’s, Delinas Catering contracted us to manage the entire proyect, develop and integrate their new e-commerce platform into the core operations of the Head Office. The final e-commerce solution, aside from virtually managing a catalogue of products and orders and the corresponding logistics, is fully integrated with the ERP software of the company thus allowing proper accounting and financial control.

Sistema de inteligencia artifical aplicada a la atención telefónica
We are currently developing an artificial intelligence-based algorithm that will allow our incident management system to propose more time and cost-efficient resolution routes and where possible self-resolution based on continuous learning from incident history. The algorithm must be able to "understand" the behavior of each client in order to propose the most optimal solutions.
